echowin is a no-code platform for building AI voice and chat agents. The idea is to train it like a new employee: you give it business knowledge from your site and documents, and the agent answers calls, responds to questions and can book appointments. It is built for small and service businesses, such as clinics, repair shops or offices, whose phones often go unanswered.

What is echowin good for?#

  • 24/7 phone answering: calls outside working hours do not go unanswered.
  • Booking appointments: the agent syncs with a calendar and books slots for a clinic or salon.
  • Call routing: based on what the caller wants, instead of a "press 1 for..." menu.
  • Lead capture: conversations are logged and prospect details recorded.

The platform supports several languages, but I have no confirmation of fluent speech in every language. If your audience speaks another language, make several real test calls before deciding.

Working with phone numbers and payments usually requires an international account and card. We are not sure about access from Iran.
