One line, one result. Ready-made prompts for image and video creation, captions, email, code, SEO, lessons and everyday life; with fill-in-the-blank variables, one-tap copy and direct opening in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Midjourney.
Most of the time you don't need to write a long prompt; one precise sentence with a role, an output and a constraint is enough. This collection has those sentences ready: each card has a ready prompt and an English version (image and video models are more accurate in English), you fill in the blanks right here, copy it, or open it in ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity with one button. Favorites are saved in your browser.
How is it different from long prompts and skills?
Short prompts are for quick everyday tasks. When you need a full role or a multi-step workflow, go to full prompts and for coding agents use Skills use. All the short prompts were written by di9 and released under the CC0 license; commercial use is free.
Frequently asked questions
How do I fill in the prompt's blanks?
Click each bracket like [topic] and type your own value; the card text updates instantly and the copy button copies that filled-in version.
Should I write in my language or English?
For chat (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), your own language works great. For image and video creation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Veo, Sora), copy the English version; it's shown right here with the English button.
What does the “Open in ChatGPT” button do?
It puts the filled-in prompt directly into a new ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity page so you just press Enter. For tools without a direct link (like Gemini or Midjourney) the text is copied and the tool opens.
Can I suggest a prompt?
Yes; write “short prompt for …” to the assistant at the bottom of the page or tell us in the articles' feedback section; good prompts are added to the collection.
